Not knowing it was the wrong room, we left our bags there and left so housekeeping could finish the room.
The lady at the front desk wrote down the wrong room number, and when we arrived at the room, it was still being made up. When we arrived, the hotel and casino were practically empty, even for a Wednesday. There are no coffee makers in the room, but they provided vouchers for free coffee in the bistro. The room was small but decorated very nicely (exactly like the pictures portray). The grounds were extremely well kept, and parking was never a problem. Red Rock Canyon is only 18 miles away, and Mt. We were looking for a place off the strip to experience the 'natural' side of Las Vegas. The pool area was beautiful, and again, the employees there were very friendly and accommodating. There are also tons of choices for eating and shopping on this exit as well as the exits on either side. It was really nice to have a choice of restaurants under the same roof as the hotel. The linens and towels were good quality, which was a pleasant surprise after some of the previous reviews I had read.
They even gave us a room with a better view when we asked for it and apologized that we had to ask. The employees at the front desk were extremely polite, accommodating and helpful from the moment we checked in. This hotel/casino was beautiful and had a luxurious feel.
